During my ninth grade year at Da Vinci Communications, I accomplished many feats and created many projects. Here are some of my favorites:
Inside outThe Inside Out project was the first big project I completed at Da Vinci Communications, and was meant to reflect on our memories and outer/inner selves, as well as how much we change throughout our time here.
tedxThe second big project I completed at Da Vinci Communications was the TEDx/DVCx project. The TED community is dedicated to sharing ideas worldwide via special presentations called "TED Talks", and we got the chance to make our own, as well as create science experiments to show off at the event.
Power of the godsThe third major project I did at Da Vinci Communications was the "Power of the Gods" project, which consisted of html-coded "choose your own adventure" stories, wind turbines, and children's books based on Greek mythology.
Sparking a revolutionThe fourth significant project I completed was the "Sparking a Revolution" project, which inspired by the Hunger Games. This project included creating a coded computer game on Scratch that showcased our chosen district's directive, as well as creating a model of our district with light and movement circuits, and constructing a speech to start or crush a rebellion against the Capitol.
